What makes us different.png

PVE’s Next Generation Camp is run by a former college volleyball coach, and our coaching staff is comprised entirely of current and former college coaches. Camp is designed to prepare 7th-9th grade athletes to play at the HS level, and later at the college level. Our staff is carefully selected to be outstanding teachers of the game. This camp is run in conjunction with our Elite Prospect Camp for 10-12th graders, and college coaches may drop in throughout camp to identify young prospects to recruit as well. Advanced players may be offered the opportunity to participate with the Elite Prospect Camp in order to provide all athletes with a competitive experience. Read what former attendees and their parents said here about their experience at our Elite Prospect Camp!

Each coach is carefully selected and evaluated to ensure that our athletes have an excellent experience year after year.

  • Camp emphasizes the individual and team fundamentals that athletes will need as they progress through the HS ranks while exposing them to more advanced concepts and techniques.

  • Camp sessions are designed to provide a challenging training environment to push athletes to continue to grow their overall game.

  • Our coaches are all current or former college coaches. What’s most important to us is that we are bringing in great teachers of the game, that are passionate to share their knowledge with athletes looking to improve.

  • Athletes will engage in mini ‘chalk talk’ sessions to explore advanced strategies and tactics related to the skills they are learning.

We strive to offer every athlete an experience that challenges them both mentally and physically in a positive way, and that is built from the ground up with our amazing staff, and unique structure.

PVE offers information sessions for players and parents at no additional cost. These question and answer sessions will be led by college coaches and players.

  • The Parent Information Session is led by college coaches and is geared towards the recruiting process and college search. It includes topics such as: navigating your child’s college search, the recruiting process (including admissions and financial aid), and the expectations of college athletes. This is a great session if your child wants to play in college down the line.

  • The Athlete Information Session is led by college athletes who describe and answer questions about the recruiting process, their college experience, and the lessons they’ve learned.

Learning more about these important topics empowers parents and athletes to make informed decisions as they go about their college searches.

PVE’s Next Generation Camp focuses on player development, but we also offer opportunities for exposure to college coaches.

When college coaches visit campus for our Elite Prospect Camp we will encourage them to visit the courts featuring our Next Generation athletes and will provide college coaches with basic information of those who are in attendance.
